The short version: this site has no forms or accounts, loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and its own code sets no cookies. Our host receives the usual details of each request in order to deliver the page. If you write to us, you do it from your own mail app.

1. 01What this notice covers

   This notice covers impossiblelabs.ai, the website of Impossible Labs AI LLC. It does not cover the products the site links to, such as LuminaFace at luminaface.ai and FarmHealth at farmhealth.app, which have their own sites.

2. 02Hosting

   Vercel hosts the site. Each time your browser asks for a page, Vercel receives the request, including your IP address and the details your browser sends with it, such as which browser it is, and uses them to deliver the page.

3. 03Cookies, storage and analytics

   The site’s own code sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser’s local or session storage and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Its fonts, images and scripts are served from impossiblelabs.ai itself.

4. 04Writing to us

   The site has no forms. Its email links and buttons open a draft to hello@impossiblelabs.ai in your own mail app, sometimes with a subject or a first line filled in. The site does not see the draft and sends nothing: the email goes only if you send it, and opening a draft does not sign you up for anything.

   If you send it, it carries your email address and whatever you wrote, as any email does. We use what you send to read and answer it.
